At Heatons Furniture Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the furniture is disassembled, if applicable, and placed back in its original packaging with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Schedule Collection

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a convenient pickup time with our specialized delivery partners; smaller accessories may be dropped off at our outlet.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once the item arrives back at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
